What does 'per category' mean?
Each exam category is a separate subscription — AE Level Civil Engineering, JE Level Civil Engineering, or Magic Mock — GATE & ESE. You pay for the category you are preparing for. If you want access to multiple categories, subscribe to each one.
What is the difference between AE Level and JE Level?
AE Level includes the AE General Premium series, WBPSC AE Previous Year papers and Magic Mock — WBPSC AE Civil (Preliminary). JE Level includes SSC JE Paper-I, RRB JE CBT-2, JE Premium Question Bank, WBPSC JE Previous Year papers, Magic Mock — SSC JE Civil (Paper II) and Magic Mock — RRB JE Civil (CBT-2). IS 456 and Highway Engineering series are included in both AE and JE Level subscriptions.
Do both AE and JE subscribers get IS 456 and Highway tests?
Yes. IS 456:2000 Premium Series and Geometric Design of Highways & Traffic Engineering are shared series — they are included in both AE Level and JE Level subscriptions at no extra charge.
Are previous year questions available in both AE and JE?
Yes, each has its own previous year series. AE Level includes the WBPSC AE Previous Years Questions Series (8 tests, 800 questions). JE Level includes the WBPSC JE (Civil) Previous Years Questions Series (2 tests, 200 questions).
Which plan duration should I choose?
Half-Yearly is the sweet spot — 6 months covers a full exam cycle and saves 25% vs monthly. Annual is best if you are preparing across multiple exam years or want access to more than one category.
How fast is activation after payment?
Instantly. As soon as you submit your UTR on the payment form, your subscription activates automatically — no manual step needed.
What if I renew before my subscription expires?
Your days stack. Paying again before expiry extends access from the current expiry date, not from today. You never lose days already paid for.
Is there a refund policy?
Payments are final and non-refundable for change of mind, not using the subscription, or unsatisfactory scores — subscriptions also cannot be transferred to another user or account. That said, if a UPI payment is debited but access doesn't activate, or if the AI analysis report fails to generate for a test you submitted, contact support with your UTR and we will fix it or extend your access — no questions asked.
